PAYMENT PROCEDURES

We accept all major credit cards or e check payments through PayPal.  Your security and privacy is ensured through PayPals policies and procedures.  See: www.Paypal.com for that information.  Clients who wish to pay by other means must contact us through email for further instructions and procedures.  Your item/s will not be shipped until payments have been cleared if not made through PayPal. There will be $65.00 charge back fee for any credit card cancellations, reversals, or returned checks or money orders.  We reserve the right to refuse payment at our discretion if we deem it necessary.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders must have a 50% deposit (1/2 of the purchase price) placed before any work can begin.  Should you change your mind before or after completion of the project your deposit is non refundable.  You are allowed two sketch changes only.   Should you need more sketches or changes, additional charges will be added and must be paid before any work on your order will begin. These charges will reflect the amount of time and ability to make said changes.  We can give you an approximate date for completion but are unable to give an exact time  that your item will be finished or shipped.  Custom orders will be placed on a list in the order it was received and will be available for completion accordingly.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be made through Prioty Mail , First Class, Parcel Post, USPS, Fed Ex, or a shipper/freight company of our choosing depending on the size of the item.  Customer will be responsible for the shipping rates and insurance. Sorry we can not refund any shipping or insurance fees.  We will provide you with tracking information once your item has shipped so you can be aware of its route. You may choose a freight carrier of your choice if they are able to pick up larger pieces. Shipping is once a week only, holidays and weekends are not included. Should your order be placed on/after Wednesday, there is a possibility it may not be shipped until the following week.  Some  orders may take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to ship depending upon the size and availability of materials for your order. If for any reason it can not be done in the time specified we will notify you immediately. If you have more than one item or there may be a few pieces included with one item they may be shipped separately at no additional charge to you.  Shipping rates are for US domestic only.  Please contact us by email for international rates.  We reserve the right to decide/refuse whether an item will be shipped internationally.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  We always hope that you are happy with the selection you have made.  If within 10 days of your purchase your item does not seem to be what you had in mind, we will accept a return for full refund.  Should you decide you may want another item to replace the original, you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance for both the return and the new item.  Full refunds do not include shipping and insurance charges. All items returned must be undamaged and in the packaging in which it was shipped in order to receive the refund. Custom made or special orders or any items that may be vintage are not included in this return policy. Because most of our items are one of a kind, or limited edition, and hand painted or hand made, no two will be alike and there may be slight imperfections that add to the uniqueness or hand made beauty of each item, we therefore, reserve the right to determine whether a refund will be issued based upon this policy. Please understand we will do our best to make sure that your experience is always a pleasant one and we appreciate your understanding that a lot of work and effort goes into the items we create.

PRIVACY

We understand that privacy is an issue and a serious matter.  Any and all information you have shared with us is not now or will it ever be for re-sale or given to anyone without the express written permission of the customer.
